Every store starts with a 7-day free trial with all Pro features. No card needed. After the trial, choose Basic (₹49 a month) or Pro (₹149 a month). If you don't choose a plan, your store becomes read-only: you can still see and download all your stock, bills and udhaar, but you can't add new bills or purchases until you take a plan. Your data is never deleted. No auto-debit.

Questions, answered
Is the 7-day trial really free?
Yes. Sign up with your mobile number and you get every feature free for 7 days. We do not ask for a card or UPI to start the trial.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your store becomes read-only: you can still see and download your stock, bills and udhaar, but you can't add new bills or purchases. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged. To continue, take Basic for ₹49 a month (100 medicines, 50 bills a month) or Pro for ₹149 a month or ₹1,499 a year (unlimited, with purchase entry and udhaar khata).
Will money be cut automatically every month?
No. Dawalekh does not auto-debit. Each payment covers 30 days (monthly) or 365 days (yearly). Before your plan ends, you will see a reminder inside the app to renew.
How do I pay?
Payments are handled by Razorpay, so you can pay with UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking. Dawalekh never sees or stores your card or UPI details.
Do I need a computer?
No. Dawalekh is made for the phone and works in any modern browser (Chrome, Safari and others). It works on a computer too, if you have one.
How do WhatsApp refill reminders work?
Add a regular patient once with their medicine and refill cycle. When the refill is due, Dawalekh shows them in your list. Tap “Send on WhatsApp” and WhatsApp opens with the message ready, sent from your own number. There is no extra charge per message.
Is my store data safe?
Your data is stored in a secure cloud database, passwords are stored only as encrypted hashes, and the site always uses HTTPS. We never sell your data or show ads. If your phone is lost, just log in from another phone.
Can I move my existing stock from a register or Excel?
Yes. Add medicines one by one from your phone in a few seconds each. Most stores begin with their fast-moving and costly medicines first.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no contract or lock-in. Simply don't renew, and your plan ends at the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
The free trial lets you try everything before paying, so payments are generally non-refundable. If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, we refund it in full. See our Refund & Cancellation policy for details.
Can I make customer bills in Dawalekh?
Yes, simple billing. Pick medicines from your stock, add discount and optional GST, and save. Stock goes down automatically. Print the bill (58 mm / 80 mm thermal or A4) or send it to the customer on WhatsApp. It is not a full accounting or GST-return software: there is no GSTR filing or e-invoice.
Can I enter distributor purchases and keep an udhaar khata?
Yes. Purchase entry: type the supplier, bill number, date and each medicine's batch, expiry, quantity, purchase rate and MRP, and the stock goes up automatically. You also see supplier-wise purchase totals. Udhaar khata: write credit for a customer (from a bill or by hand), record payments, see each customer's running balance and the list of who owes how much, and send a WhatsApp reminder from your own number.
Kya Dawalekh Hindi mein chalta hai?
App ke screens abhi English mein hain, par dawai ke naam Hindi mein bhi likh sakte hain, aur sab kuch simple shabdon mein hai. Phone pe chalane ke liye computer ki zaroorat nahi.
