Free trial first
Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with all features, with no payment needed. Please use the trial to check that Dawalekh suits your store before buying a plan.
Cancellation
- Plans are paid per period (Basic: 30 days for ₹49; Pro: 30 days for ₹149 or 365 days for ₹1,499) and does not renew automatically. Nothing is ever deducted without you making a payment.
- To cancel, simply do not renew. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account becomes read-only (nothing is deleted; you can still see and download your data).
- To close your account and delete your data, contact us through the Contact page.
Refunds
- Because you can try everything free before paying, payments for a plan period are generally non-refundable, including for unused days.
- Duplicate or wrong payments: if you were charged twice for the same period, or charged due to a technical error, we will refund the extra amount in full.
- Service failure: if Dawalekh was unavailable for a long period due to a fault on our side, contact us and we will extend your plan or refund the affected period.
- Request a refund within 7 days of the payment through the Contact page, with your registered mobile number and the payment reference.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method through Razorpay. Your bank may take a few more days to show it in your account.
